Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall lsatly, its owners, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this platform or its content. In no event shall lsatly's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) the total amount you have paid to lsatly in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lsatly and its owners, officers, and contributors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

This platform is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has provided personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information promptly.
